North Providence High School or NPHS is a high school located in Providence Rhode Island. The client, NPHS’s athletic director Anthony Ficocelli, was seeking to have a more consistent design throughout the high school. He wanted to have “TC” or “The Cougar” created as one consistent cougar to use throughout the school. When creating the designs, I was conscious of elements of a cougar that should be featured like claw marks, pawprints ect. I also was limited to the NPHS color palette in place already. I created branding elements, logos, and logos featuring “TC” or “The Cougar”. I also created a style guide including merchandise, color palette, typography and logo usage examples.
