FirstServed is an app where individuals or groups can order ahead of time to their desired restaurant, arrive and have their order sit-down ready at a table. FirstServed has working professionals, families and college students as their user target markets and full service restaurants as their customer market. FirstServed’s mission is to cut out unnecessary wait times and increase table turnover. FirstServed has a commitment to authenticity, trust, and a shared love for the dining experience. They want to not only make the dining experience as enjoyable as possible but maximize business for restaurants as well. I used FirstServed’s design elements to create merchandise, business cards, flyers, and table tents. I crafted these design elements keeping the target markets in mind as well as trying to capture FirstServed’s fun essence and aesthetic.
